Project Costing Analyst

We are looking to hire a full-time experienced Project Costing Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for:

Gross Margin and Contribution Margin calculations for new product development
Provide costing guidance to Product Designers to ensure that projects stay on budget
Update and manage the Turnover Package process
Provide clarification on product and pack out (ie. case packs, packing method etc.)
Oversee timelines for new product and milestone product development
Liaise with Quality team to trouble shoot production issues
Create and adapt a variety of reports to improve information visibility

Soft Skills needed

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication with the ability to simplify data for information sharing
Detail oriented and highly organized
Adaptability in the face of a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

Strong Excel skill are a must (ie. Pivot tables, V-Lookups etc.)
ERP knowledge (NetSuite preferred)
A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or finance is preferred
At least 3 years of project management experience (involving cost calculating and timelines)
At least 1 year of experience in production control, demand forecasting, and materials management
Experience in factory onboarding is also preferred
