Digital Community Engagement Representative


The Role:

ORB™’s dynamic marketing department is looking for an experienced Digital Community Engagement Representative to build meaningful relationships with our online audiences.  As the ideal candidate, you have a strong understanding of social media’s influence in digital marketing and a creative mindset that allows you to express our brands through daily interaction. Being dedicated to building engagement, you are ahead of the game on new trends and influencers. You understand the round-the-clock attention required to monitor and respond to our global customers in a timely manner ensuring they feel heard and valued. You thrive in an ever-changing environment that allows you to shift and grow with the digital age. You are skilled at assessing the needs of our unique audience and possess the ability to respond in a light and playful tone capturing the identity of each brand.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond and engage with ORB™ followers in a timely manner on all social media platforms;
  • Monitor digital community comments and provide general feedback to Marketing team;
  • Track and monitor content from influences who are/or who want to work with ORB™;
  • Track and report product feedback from influencer channels;
  • Ensure all digital communication uses the appropriate brand voice for our products to build meaningful authentic connections that encourages our audience to take action;
  • Work closely with ORB™’s customer service department to ensure accuracy of feedback and appropriate responses;
  • Provide brand/ social media platform updates, trend report on a regular basis to reveal upcoming opportunities and threats to our business
  • Create engaging content as required.


  • Ability to self-manage under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and changing direction as needed
  • 2+ years’ work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Coordinator
  • Familiar with SEO, keyword, and Google Analytics
