Senior International Accounts Manager

The Role:

Based out of Hong Kong, we are currently seeking a highly ambitious Senior International Account Manager who strives to use their strategic thinking and judgement to proactively seek out new opportunities in the Asian market. The successful candidate will show the proven ability to maintain customer needs while balancing corporate strategy. This individual while have to excel in a strict deadline, fast growing and ever-changing environment while working independently on their market. Ideally this candidate will have 5-10 year’s toy industry experience in a sales position while dealing with an international market.

  • Employs a fluid and responsive reaction to challenges and opportunities with a focus on, and consideration for, all departments and their needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Search out new customers within the Asian market and inform of any protentional challenges.
  • Work closely with management on strategy and distribution while working with existing pricing strategy.
  • Proactively communicate to head office any concerns from customers.
  • Identify trends in Japan and report back to head office.
  • Travel frequently internationally to visit customers, trade fairs, etc.
  • Other project and tasks can be assigned.
