Sales Coordinator

 The Role:

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join ORBTM  and work closely on our Walmart Canada files. As the ideal candidate, you are an independent self-starter who possesses a customer-service mindset and a keen desire to support others through demonstration of your strong administrative and organizational skills.  This includes efficiently managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities. You understand the importance of communication and are able to effectively interact with our diverse group of peers, customers, suppliers, and distributors. You have the resourcefulness to gather information from multiple sources in a timely manner, work well with ambiguity, and possess a proven track record of learning and adapting to new technologies and software program. Preference will be given to candidates who have retail connections and experience with Walmart Canada.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Input sales orders, manage customer requests, special labels or packing requirements
  • Summarize and report on orders in hand
  • Prepare and maintain sales and inventory reports
  • Preparing and maintaining customer set-up documentation/files, agreements, and other customer documentation as requested
  • Create and maintain our customer files with Walmart

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in a fast paced customer service or sales organization
  • Experience coordinating interdepartmental tasks to accomplish common goals
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Travel may be required, must hold a valid passport
