International Sales and Support


The Role:
As the ideal candidate, you have proven success in selling products in a global environment & providing the support structure needed for the success of the collective team. You are customer-centric and use your well-honed communication skills to balance the needs of various internal and external customers while maintaining a positive and get-it-done attitude focused on finding solutions that may be outside of the box.


  • Tracking and managing orders, change requests, special labels or packing requirements;
  • Summarizing and reporting on orders in hand;
  • Create & directly follow-up on sales leads;
  • Coordinating efforts with Purchasing, Hong Kong/China Sourcing and other teams to ensure on time shipping and compliance with customer requirements;
  • Preparing and maintaining customer set-up documentation/files, agreements, and other customer documentation as requested
  • Support the customer with their Customer Contracts and Agreement management
  • Come up with new ideas for process improvement and clearly articulate those changes
  • Create and maintain customer files

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of three years experience working in a fast paced customer service or sales organization
  • International sales experience would be considered an asset
  • Experience working directly with wholesale customers and/or distributors
  • Experience coordinating interdepartmental tasks to accomplish common goals
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Travel may be required, must hold a valid passport
